 Please note as we are a small business all deposits are non refundable and non transferable but can be redeemed against your procedure on the booked date. We do not have a cancellation notice policy as we are a small business, deposits are non refundable. All treatments are non-refundable once the treatment has been undertaken. We understand that sometimes the results can vary and we are happy to offer complimentary correction of certain treatments only within 30 days. 2. We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control. Client treatment notes are strictly not shared and kept confidential with us.
